Nomia is a procurement management company that empowers organisations to take control of their non-strategic spend. Founded in 2016 as Bell Procurement Management within Bell Integration, we became an independent company in April 2024.

Our model combines advanced AI, cognitive search, and deep procurement expertise. Backed by our cloud-based platform, Nomia’s experienced teams bring category and geographic insights that help to streamline sourcing, optimise supplier relationships, and improve contract performance.

Founder, Chairman and CEO

Nick is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Nomia and also serves as Chairman of the Nomia Board, the Founders Committee, and Bell Integration. He leads Nomia’s Executive Team, driving the company’s strategic direction and innovation. Previously, as CEO of Bell Integration, he gained extensive expertise in procurement and integration—insights that now shape Nomia’s approach to non-strategic spend management. With a proven track record in board and senior management roles at 2E2, Morse, ICL, and Veritas Software, Nick brings deep industry expertise that strengthens Nomia’s commitment to transforming procurement through technology and expert-driven solutions.

Nick chairs the Main Board, the Founders Committee and leads the Executive Team at Nomia.

Neil Pratt

Co‑Founder & Global Business Development Director

As Co-Founder & Global Business Development Director, Neil has driven solution sales for over 25 years. His hands-on leadership ensures his team delivers procurement services and enterprise solutions that exceed expectations.

Neil is a member the Founders Committee.

Dane Nielsen

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Dane brings over 15 years of expertise as both a private equity investor and operating executive in technology and tech-enabled service businesses. He has executed 25+ investments and held multiple C-suite roles, leading high-growth strategies globally.

Dane is a member the Main Board and sits on the Executive Team.

Chief Revenue Officer

Oliver brings over 20 years of enterprise software sales and leadership experience. As CRO, he focuses on building high-performing teams and driving results through strategic customer engagement.
