Nick Petheram is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nomia, a global procurement management company focused on transforming how organisations manage non-strategic and tail spend.
Nick has been Chief Executive Officer of Bell Procurement Management, now known as Nomia, since 2020. During this time, he has led the transformation of the business from a traditional procurement services model into a technology enabled platform that combines AI-driven capability with deep procurement expertise to help organisations gain control over non-strategic and tail spend.
In parallel, Nick serves as Chairman of the Board at Bell Integration, where he previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2020. In this role, he was responsible for leading complex transformation programmes, scaling operations and strengthening long-term client partnerships across global enterprise environments.
Earlier in his career, Nick held senior leadership roles across a range of global technology and services organisations. These include UK Managing Director at 2e2, Managing Director and Managing Partner roles at Morse Plc, Managing Director at Delphis, Managing Director at CommVault, as well as leadership roles at VERITAS Software and ICL Fujitsu. This experience has given him a broad commercial perspective across business and customer interaction within infrastructure services, enterprise technology, and operational delivery.
Nick holds degrees in Economics from the University of Bath and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire. With more than two decades of executive experience, he brings a pragmatic leadership approach that blends advanced technology with human intelligence to deliver control, visibility, and measurable value for enterprise organisations. He is actively involved in industry thought leadership and regularly speaks on procurement transformation, digital innovation, and the evolving role of non-strategic spend in organisations.
