Nick Petheram is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nomia, a global procurement management company focused on transforming how organisations manage non-strategic and tail spend.
Nick has been Chief Executive Officer of Bell Procurement Management, now known as Nomia, since 2020. During this time, he has led the transformation of the business from a traditional procurement services model into a technology enabled platform that combines AI-driven capability with deep procurement expertise to help organisations gain control over non-strategic and tail spend.
In parallel, Nick serves as Chairman of the Board at Bell Integration, where he previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2020. In this role, he was responsible for leading complex transformation programmes, scaling operations and strengthening long-term client partnerships across global enterprise environments.
Earlier in his career, Nick held senior leadership roles across a range of global technology and services organisations. These include UK Managing Director at 2e2, Managing Director and Managing Partner roles at Morse Plc, Managing Director at Delphis, Managing Director at CommVault, as well as leadership roles at VERITAS Software and ICL Fujitsu. This experience has given him a broad commercial perspective across business and customer interaction within infrastructure services, enterprise technology, and operational delivery.
Nick holds degrees in Economics from the University of Bath and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire. With more than two decades of executive experience, he brings a pragmatic leadership approach that blends advanced technology with human intelligence to deliver control, visibility, and measurable value for enterprise organisations. He is actively involved in industry thought leadership and regularly speaks on procurement transformation, digital innovation, and the evolving role of non-strategic spend in organisations.

With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and technology-enabled services, Oliver has built and scaled high-performance commercial organisations across EMEA and international markets. He has held senior leadership roles at global technology companies including Cohesity, Veritas Technologies, and BMC Software, leading regional, international, and channel-led teams supporting some of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises.
At Nomia, Oliver focuses on creating an integrated, customer-centric go-to-market engine that supports the full customer lifecycle, from market entry and pipeline creation through to implementation, adoption, and long-term value realisation. He works closely with procurement leaders, operators, and technologists to align commercial strategy with real-world procurement outcomes, combining AI-driven technology with deep human expertise to help enterprises gain control over non-strategic and tail spend at scale.

He brings more than 35 years of experience across product management, digital strategy and software engineering, with deep expertise spanning e-commerce, fintech, mobile and enterprise digital platforms.
David began his career in product development at Harpur Group, the UK’s leading fuel card and employee cost management provider, where he built management information and billing solutions. He later led information systems across UK agencies within the Publicis Group before co-founding his own e-business consultancy, which was acquired in 2001. Following the acquisition, David worked on turnaround programmes for private equity firms and delivered digital transformation and e-business consultancy for a range of international organisations.
After relocating to the UAE in 2009, David ran an industry-building investment fund for the Abu Dhabi government before joining The Entertainer as Chief Information Officer. There, he led the organisation’s transition to a mobile-first platform, driving significant shareholder value and supporting a successful exit. Prior to joining Nomia in 2025, David also co-founded two fintech start-ups.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from Henley Management College. With experience across blue-chip organisations, high-growth SMEs and his own ventures, he is known for aligning teams around a shared vision and building momentum to deliver meaningful results.

Oliver Norman
Chief Revenue Officer
Oliver Norman is Chief Revenue Officer at Nomia, where he leads the company’s global go-to-market operating model. Based in Dubai, Oliver is responsible for Marketing, Business Development, Procurement Advisory, Solution Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success, bringing together technology, expertise, and execution to drive predictable growth and measurable customer outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and technology-enabled services, Oliver has built and scaled high-performance commercial organisations across EMEA and international markets. He has held senior leadership roles at global technology companies including Cohesity, Veritas Technologies, and BMC Software, leading regional, international, and channel-led teams supporting some of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises.
At Nomia, Oliver focuses on creating an integrated, customer-centric go-to-market engine that supports the full customer lifecycle, from market entry and pipeline creation through to implementation, adoption, and long-term value realisation. He works closely with procurement leaders, operators, and technologists to align commercial strategy with real-world procurement outcomes, combining AI-driven technology with deep human expertise to help enterprises gain control over non-strategic and tail spend at scale.
A people-first leader, Oliver is known for building unified, high-performance teams, setting clear standards, and driving disciplined execution that enables sustainable, long-term growth.
Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Brighton.

David Ashford
Chief Product Officer
David is Chief Product Officer at Nomia, where he leads product, technology and procurement operations. He brings more than 35 years of experience across product management, digital strategy and software engineering, with deep expertise spanning e-commerce, fintech, mobile and enterprise digital platforms.
David began his career in product development at Harpur Group, the UK’s leading fuel card and employee cost management provider, where he built management information and billing solutions. He later led information systems across UK agencies within the Publicis Group before co-founding his own e-business consultancy, which was acquired in 2001. Following the acquisition, David worked on turnaround programmes for private equity firms and delivered digital transformation and e-business consultancy for a range of international organisations.
After relocating to the UAE in 2009, David ran an industry-building investment fund for the Abu Dhabi government before joining The Entertainer as Chief Information Officer. There, he led the organisation’s transition to a mobile-first platform, driving significant shareholder value and supporting a successful exit. Prior to joining Nomia in 2025, David also co-founded two fintech start-ups.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from Henley Management College. With experience across blue-chip organisations, high-growth SMEs and his own ventures, he is known for aligning teams around a shared vision and building momentum to deliver meaningful results.

With a proven track record in board and senior management roles at 2E2, Morse, ICL, and Veritas Software, Nick brings deep industry expertise that strengthens Nomia’s commitment to transforming procurement through technology and expert-driven solutions.
