Oliver Norman is Chief Revenue Officer at Nomia, where he leads the company’s global go-to-market operating model. Based in Dubai, Oliver is responsible for Marketing, Business Development, Procurement Advisory, Solution Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success, bringing together technology, expertise, and execution to drive predictable growth and measurable customer outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and technology-enabled services, Oliver has built and scaled high-performance commercial organisations across EMEA and international markets. He has held senior leadership roles at global technology companies including Cohesity, Veritas Technologies, and BMC Software, leading regional, international, and channel-led teams supporting some of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises.
At Nomia, Oliver focuses on creating an integrated, customer-centric go-to-market engine that supports the full customer lifecycle, from market entry and pipeline creation through to implementation, adoption, and long-term value realisation. He works closely with procurement leaders, operators, and technologists to align commercial strategy with real-world procurement outcomes, combining AI-driven technology with deep human expertise to help enterprises gain control over non-strategic and tail spend at scale.
